What is your "desert island" wine?

Imagine being stranded on a desert island with 100 cases of wine, each bottle being the same. You can choose any type of wine and price is no object. The catch is you’re only allowed to choose one type and vintage. So, what wine would you choose?

Tip: The wine would have to be drinkable on its own or pair well with tropical fruits, as its likely there will be little or no food available on the island.

So tell us, what would you choose as your desert island wine?
